She is the celebrated baker behind the trademark croissants and other delectable baked goods from Two If By Sea Café. In The TIBS Guide to Desserts, Tara shares her most treasured recipes ranging from TIBS’ Famous Chocolate Chip Cookies to Deconstructed Lemon Meringue Pie.
